Aaron Alford is Managing Editor of Southern Humanities Review. He earned a Ph.D. in English and creative writing (nonfiction) at Texas Tech University. His writing has appeared in Oxford American, Memoir, Hobart, Bellingham Review, River Teeth, The Los Angeles Review, and elsewhere. He was brought up in Hull, Texas, and now lives in Auburn, Alabama, with his wife and sons.
